January 2016 – IPF reached an agreement with the industry leading companies DANOBATGROUP AND CYRIL  DATA SYSTEMS to develop a set of tools for the Analysis and Monitoring of machinery in turnkey production lines as well as for  processing all the information generated in the manufacturing process.

IPF is the author of My Foam Plant, an innovative control system for the manufacturing processes, designed to manage flexible polyurethane foam production and to monitor the situation of the foam manufacturing plants. My Foam Plant is currently installed in all IPF installations.

With this agreement the three companies will add their skills and knowhow to create a set of tools to analyse the operating status of the machinery of its industrial plants, which could be located anywhere in the world.

Thus, IPF, together with its partners DANOBATGROUP AND CYRIL combine communication experience in manufacturing systems from different business areas such as automotive, energy, railway, etc. and apply new information technologies to manufacturing processes within the scope of the also called industry 4.0 – positioning IPF as the leader in innovation in the Flexible Polyurethane field.
